Just up from Swansea town centre, climbing up Constitution Hill and heading across to Townhill from the Rosehill Quarry Park, you can see this scene. Painted with a limited palette of yellow ochre, olive green, white and a touch of prussian blue to depict the evening sunset when the sun glares across the valley.
